3 Critical Mistakes Entrepreneurs Make at the End of Year…AND the 3 Quick Steps You Can Take to Put it Right! This is assuming you want to be the New Year your BEST ever!
- Focusing On the Rear View Mirror – (extrapolating, over analysing and following past trends)
- Leaving it until the New Year to think about – or worse even, to make Plans for Success
- Having no BIG VISION to drive those Plans
1. Focusing on the Rear View Mirror – do this in your car and it is decidely dangerous, a car crash waiting to happen…but it puts you in deep logic mode which stifles CREATIVITY and draws attention away from what you need to be doing. Look FORWARD to ensure you come up with new ideas, products, services, marketing, communications, so that next year is substantially more abundant than the past.
2. Leaving it until the New Year to think about – or worse even, wait until the New Year to make Plans for Success – this places you firmly on the back foot to working harder IN your business rather than ON ensuring the greater Success you seek. Book time out in your calendar specifically to do some FORWARD thinking. Better still, make that a Visioning Session and better even still make that an Holistic Vital Vision™ Blueprint Session for your Business AND your LIfe – you cannot separate the two if you want harmony and true abundance!
3. Having no BIG VISION to drive those Plans – Plans come from Strategies and Strategies evolve from Visions – so if you don’t have your BIG VISION for your Life and Business you risk fire-fighting, keeping your enterprise small, working hard IN the business rather than ON it, and worse still missing the new opportunities that re in fact right under your nose, right here, right now – but your brain has not yet been programmed to spot them.
