There’s a well known story….. A man was walking along a beach after a storm and in the distance he saw a woman picking up items from the ground and throwing them one by one into the sea. On moving closer he saw that she was picking up stranded Starfish. “You’ll never make a difference at that rate” he said. As he did so, she picked up another and threw it as far as it would go into the moving waves. “There. Made a difference to that one”, she said!!
